As a retainer partner, you receive a guaranteed priority service with a standard turnaround time of 5-7 working days for most cases. While this is our commitment, our goal is always to deliver ahead of schedule whenever capacity allows, ensuring you receive the most efficient service possible.
To ensure we can provide guaranteed capacity and a priority service, we work exclusively on a mandatory monthly retainer basis. We offer several tiered packages to suit your firm's needs, each providing a set number of hours at a preferential rate. Ad-hoc work is not available for new clients.
